One Off Items
There are a couple of ways items end up in the “One-Off items” category. 1: They are an end of line item. 2: They are made of a special filament. Most of the time we can print the same thing over and over again. When you print with multi-coloured filament, things are a bit trickier. There are two ways of having multi-coloured filament. One, the strand has two colours in it all of the time. Most of our items use this kind of filament. This means that you can print items with the same colour distribution, over and over again. The second type of filament has one colour printing and then after a while it changes to the next. This means it is very difficult to get the same colour distribution again. The only way you have a chance of doing it, is to print the whole roll of filament in its entirety and hope that somewhere you will end up with the same or similar mix and that is not practical. We did some testing with this type of filament and we have listed those items here. So if you want something unique, maybe these are for you. They are functionally the same as the other items we have on offer, just they have a unique colour distribution. Once they are gone, they are gone.
